SCRUM Bootcamp teaches you the most effective skills to become an effective scrum team member, by learning and understanding the SCRUM concepts and framework. This series of 10, 90 minute interactive workshops will cover experiential, hands-on learning approach to agile implementation, foundational education in Agile and Scrum, including its values, principles, and practices. This interactive learning approach will include a variety of exercises, activities, and discussions for attendees to learn how to apply Scrum in both software and non-software development scenarios. This course is appropriate for people working in Agile / SCRUM Environment as project team members, stakeholders, managers, Product Owners or wants to transform to Scrum Master role or anyone who wants to understand what Agile and Scrum are all about.

The course also includes a voluntary attempt at the globally recognized Professional Scrum Master I certification exam (PSM I). PSM (Professional Scrum Master) is the rising popularity of the Agile and Scrum certified individuals in the IT industry as well as in non-IT sectors. A widely pursued IT certification is the PSM certification, that is being recommended across all the industries. However, you need to know the basic concepts of Agile and Scrum methodologies to gain a PSM certification.

All participants completing the SCRUM Bootcamp will be eligible for taking the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) assessment. Structure of PSM-1 exam is:

  • Passing score: 85%
  • Time limit: 60 minutes
  • Number of Questions: 80
  • Format: Multiple Choice, Multiple Answer and True/False
  • Difficulty: Intermediate
  • Language: English only
