Internship Description
As an R&D Intern you will get to work with researchers and staff dedicated to supporting Science, Commercialization, and supporting Illinois’ economy. The R&D team focuses on writing grants, performing research, and supporting Science Teams, which are composed of researchers from the University of Illinois campuses and partner institutions including the University of Chicago. Science Teams are formed to pursue research in a particular area, to pursue larger funding opportunities, and to create a company or otherwise commercialize their research.
Internship Duties
- On-boarding and supporting new Science Teams.
- Assist with preparing grant proposals.
